この条約は、日本が攻撃された時はアメリカが助ける義務を負っているが、アメリカが攻撃された時、日本がアメリカの防衛に駆けつけることを義務付けていないので不公平だとの考えから見直しを考えているとのことで、これはあくまでも個人的な考えなのですぐには実現されないだろうとしています。
トランプ大統領は日米安保ばかりでなく、日本は中東から石油を62％も買っているのに、アメリカはなぜ無償でこの航路の安全を守らなければいけないのかとTweetしています。
外交の安倍はどのように対処するのでしょうか？
G20で日本に来た時に、安倍さんはこの意見を突きつけられる可能性があります。
その時、とんでもない約束をしてしまわないようにしてもらいたいものです。

President Donald Trump has recently mused to confidants about withdrawing from a longstanding defense treaty with Japan that he thinks treats the U.S. unfairly, according to three people familiar with the matter.
Trump regards the accord as too one-sided because it promises U.S aid if Japan is ever attacked but doesn’t oblige Japan’s military to come to America’s defense, the people said. The treaty, signed more than 60 years ago, forms the foundation of the alliance between the countries that emerged from World War Two.
Even so, the president hasn’t taken any steps toward pulling out of the treaty, and administration officials said such a move is highly unlikely. All of the people asked not to be identified discussing Trump’s private conversations.

He’s expected to again meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who enjoys as good a relationship with the mercurial and unpredictable American president as any foreign leader.

●US, Iran Engage in Tit-For-Tat Cyber Attacks Amid Escalating Tensions

イランとアメリカの緊張が、見えない戦争サイバーアタック合戦に移ったようです。
日本ではあまり知られていませんが、アメリカがイランの各施設の遠心分離機をStuxnetというマルウェアで攻撃し、機能不全に陥らせたのが、国家間サイバー戦争の幕開けと言われています。
今回、イランがアメリカの省庁、石油、ガス施設をサイバー攻撃しているとカリフォルニアのサイバーセキュリティ企業CrowdStrike と FireEyeの２社が報告しています。
一方でアメリカもトランプ大統領がドローンを撃ち落としたミサイル基地に対するサイバー攻撃を指示したとしています。
何か映画の中の世界のようなことが実際に進行しているようですね。

The two nations are said to have a long history of mutual cyberattacks, with the notorious Stuxnet attack on Iranian nuclear centrifuges being arguably the most famous example.
Iran and the US engaged in a bilateral cyber-warfare, instead of shooting at each other as the tensions between the two nations escalated last week, US media reports indicated.
On Saturday, CBS reported that Iran has increased its cyberattack activity targeting US government agencies, oil and gas industry and other sectors of its economy, citing two California-based cybersecurity said, according to CBS Saturday report.
According to the two companies, CrowdStrike and FireEye, Iran launched waves of phishing emails at targets in the US in recent weeks. It is undisclosed whether any of the attacks yielded any results.
The US has also reportedly launched a cyberattack against Iran Saturday, as a retaliatory measure for the downed US drone which Tehran claims violated Iran airspace. US President Donald Trump made a decision to postpone a proposed military strike on Iranian facilities, while Friday reports indicated the US Cyber Command initiated a large-scale cyberattack on an undisclosed Iranian cyber intelligence group.
“I never called the strike against Iran “BACK,” as people are incorrectly reporting, I just stopped it from going forward at this time!” Trump tweeted Saturday.

イランがアメリカのドローンを撃墜した報復としてトランプ大統領はイランの基地の攻撃を許可し、攻撃の10分前に撤回したと伝えられています。
トランプ氏は、予想されるイラン側の死者が150人に上る事を司令官から聞き、無人のドローン１機とは釣り合わないだろうとして攻撃をストップしたとのこと。
一方イラン革命防衛隊空軍司令官のAmir Ali Hajizadehは、ドローンを撃墜する前に2回警告した。
アメリカは、Boeing P-8 Poseidon military偵察機が数十人の隊員を乗せてイラクの領空で違法に活動しているが、無人のドローンを撃墜する事で警告としては十分なので撃墜しない事を選択したとしています。
集団的自衛権を認める安保法制によって自衛隊が中東に送られない事を祈るしかありません。

New York City is a city that is so iconic, you really don’t have to introduce it. It is affectionately called “The Big Apple”, is the largest city in the USA, and is one of the world’s financial and cultural centers. The city is so popular that many people forget that it sits in a state of the same name; when someone refers to the state, people immediately think about the city first. I am genuinely shocked when I meet people that have never been to New York City, and yet do not have it on their bucket list. There are a billion interesting and funs things to see and do in New York City, and this post obviously isn’t going to list them all. This post focuses on the most iconic tourist and cultural defining spots that have come to define New York, and the United States as a whole.
While growing up I was spoiled enough to be able to take weekend trips to New York City, and I still enjoy going back today. I am sure this post misses a few spots that some of you may deem essential, and for that I apologize, but it is only intended to give a taste and help inspire you to take your next trip to be there!

But the main idea here is that I’ve done all the work and research for you trying the so-called “best restaurants in NYC”, the spots with the most buzz and hype, and provided a list of not only some of the most iconic NYC restaurants but ones that will taste amazing too.
Because this list of best restaurants in NYC includes (for the most part) extremely popular restaurants, you need to plan accordingly and prepare to wait. I like to make reservations (check on Open Table, Yelp, or the restaurants website) or if you’re really eager to try a particular spot and they don’t take reservations give the restaurant a phone call and ask them what their typical wait looks like on the day of the week and time that you’re considering stopping by. A week is specifically a very limited time to carry out any business you had and visiting the places that you wanted. You will therefore need to plan a schedule and take note of some safety precautions for the time you are in the city. You do not want to be stuck in the New York traffic or get lost (it is extremely easy to get lost in New York).

"Anata no Warehouse" meaning "Your Warehouse" located in Kawasaki (30-minute train ride from the center of Tokyo) is the coolest arcade center you will ever encounter. 香港で9日に｢逃亡犯条例｣改正案に反対して103万人が参加したデモに警官隊が催涙ガスやゴム弾を発射し多くのけが人が出たことから逃亡犯条例の審議の延期を発表した香港政庁ですが、条例案の廃案とけが人を多く出した責任を取って林鄭長官は辞任せよとのデモが16日に行われ、前回の103万人を上回るとされる人数が参加しました。
Hong Kong (CNN)Tens of thousands of people took to the streets Sunday in Hong Kong as campaigners look to keep the pressure on the government, despite a move by the city's embattled leader to suspend a controversial extradition bill.
Large numbers of protesters gathered in the city's Victoria Park just after midday Sunday, donning black and wearing white ribbons on their chests. Many carried bunches of white flowers to honor a man who died after falling from a building Saturday while holding banners opposing the extradition bill. "We buy the white flower to hope that he can rest in peace," said 23-year-old Michael, who works in concessions and gave only his first name. 今世界の注目を集めているイランとアメリカの緊張緩和の仲介にでトランプ大統領の親書を携えてイランに入った安倍首相。
しかし、会談の直後にハメネイ師はトランプはメッセージを交換できる相手と考えていないとTweetし、
一方のトランプ大統領も「個人的には交渉するのには早すぎると感じる。イランは準備できていないし、アメリカも準備できていない」とTweetしました。
安倍さんが訪問したら日本のタンカーが攻撃され、トランプ大統領は新たな制裁を発表し、安倍さんの訪問は返って事態を悪化させたのかもしれません。
その様子をBBCは、「安倍氏にとっては、今回の訪問は選挙の前に有権者に自身が世界の政治家であることを示すためのものだから緊張緩和の期待はしていない。」「国際的な外交は、安倍首相の芸術と政治の一部である」 「彼はそれが得意だ」だが、これまでのところ、彼の国際的な外交活動はほとんど結果をもたらしていない。 朝鮮民主主義人民共和国との交渉を傍観している一方で、紛争中の島々に関するロシアとの交渉も行き詰まっている。と報じています。

今香港が大変なことになっています。今回問題になっているのは｢逃亡犯条例｣改正案で今回の改正案が成立すれば、香港住人だけでなく、香港に住んだり渡航した外国人や中国人までもが、中国側からの要請があれば本土に引き渡されることになるというもの。この条例案撤回を訴えた大規模なデモが爆発的に広がり、9日には、参加者は主催者発表では103万人にも及んだそうです。
これは2003年の「国家安全条例」案に反対したときのデモ参加者50万人を大きく上回るもので、何が起きているのか、日本人としても知っておくべきことです。
このタイミングで、2014年に民主的な選挙を求めた｢香港雨傘運動｣を主導した団体の主要メンバーの一人だった周庭（アグネス・チョウ）が来日し、日本記者クラブで記者会見を開き、明治大学で講演を行い、日本語で日本にも知ってほしいと訴えています。

先日、フランスに居住している日本女性が日本に一時帰国した時に、日本のニュースを見ていても世界のことがさっぱりわからないとおっしゃっていました。
おかしなことに今回日本で開催されたG20やトランプ大統領との会談についても、海外のニュースで解ることが日本のニュースではわからない事が多くなっています。
今回、あるジャジーラの記事をみるとトランプ大統領自身のツイートを引用して、「トランプ大統領と安倍首相のゴルフ場での密約」と報じています。
トランプは今年７月に日本で参議院疑点選挙が行われることを前提に、次のように書きました。 「日本との貿易交渉において大きな進展が見られた、特に農業分野と牛肉輸出については著しい成果が得られるだろう。7月の参議院議員選挙の後、アメリカ側に大きな利益がもたらされるだろう。」
