こんにちは。武藤美希と申します。日本に拠点を置くフランス系企業で、アドミンスタッフおよびPRスタッフとして勤務。

この業務を通じて、日本のビジネスマナーや敬語、メール・電話対応などの実践的なスキルを身につけており、それらを日本で働きたい学習者にも指導しています。

2025年には420時間の日本語教師養成講座を修了し、日本語教員試験にも合格しました。これにより、初級者から日本でのキャリア形成を目指す学習者まで、幅広いレベルの学習者に対応することができます。

2026年2月からはDCECにて本格的に日本語を教えています。それ以前には約1年間、イタリア人学習者に対してボランティアで日本語指導を行っており、初級レベルの学習者が簡単な日常会話を日本語でできるようになるまでサポートしました。

授業では常にコミュニケーションを重視し、学習者が安心して話し、表現できる環境づくりを大切にしています。また、それぞれの目標やレベル、学習ペースに合わせて柔軟に指導方法を調整し、楽しく学べる授業を心がけています。

私の趣味はキックボクシングと試合観戦で、これらは日々のモチベーションや活力につながっています。また、旅行や料理、カフェ巡りも好きで、新しい場所や文化、考え方に触れることを楽しんでいます。

これらの趣味は、私の生活にバランスを与えるだけでなく、好奇心や柔軟な発想を育ててくれています。その経験は教育にも活かされており、授業でもエネルギーや創造性、オープンな姿勢を持って学習者と向き合うことにつながっています。

Work Experience

I have been working as a back office assistant and PR 

member for a French company based in Japan for the past three years as a full-time employee. 

Professional Introduction 

Hello! My name is Miki Muto, and I have been working as a back office assistant and PR staff member for the past three years at a French company based in Japan. Through my professional experience, I have developed strong knowledge of Japanese business manners, keigo (honorific language), as well as email and telephone communication skills, which I can also teach to learners who wish to work in Japan.

In 2025, I completed a 420-hour Japanese language teacher training program and successfully passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test. I am able to teach a wide range of learners, from complete beginners to students aiming to build careers in Japan.

Since February 2026, I have been teaching Japanese professionally at DCEC. Prior to that, I spent about a year teaching Japanese voluntarily to an Italian learner. Although the learner started at a beginner level, I was able to support them until they could communicate in simple Japanese conversations with confidence.

In every lesson, I place great importance on communication and creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to speak and express themselves. I always strive to adapt my teaching style to each learner’s goals, level, and learning pace while helping them enjoy the process of learning Japanese.

Hobbies and Interests 

In my free time, I enjoy kickboxing and watching matches, which help me stay active and motivated. I also like traveling, cooking, and visiting different cafés, as they allow me to experience new places, cultures, and ideas. These hobbies give me balance in my daily life and help me stay curious and inspired. I believe they also positively influence my teaching style, as I can bring energy, creativity, and openness into my lessons with students.
