それぞれのバックグラウンド、経験、想い、性格などを通して、「どんな人がDCECを支えているのか」をお伝えできれば嬉しいです。記念すべき第1回は、齋藤友花（さいとう ともか）先生です。オーストラリア滞在経験があり、臨床心理学の修士号をお持ちで、英検1級も取得されているトモカ先生。

こんにちは。齋藤友花と申します。オーストラリア滞在中に日本語を教え始め、帰国後は本格的に日本語教師として活動しています。

学習者が実際の場面で使える日本語力を身につけられるよう、温かく安心できる

環境でのレッスンを大切にしています。大学院で臨床心理学を学んだ背景から、

一人ひとりのペースや目標に合わせた柔軟な指導を心がけています。英検1級の

取得経験から、外国語学習の難しさを実感として理解しており、「なぜそうなるのか」を丁寧に伝えることを意識しています。

前職では就労移行支援員として従事し、就職を目指す方への個別支援を担当し、一人ひとりに寄り添いながら目標達成をサポートしてきました。

趣味は旅行で、これまでにフランス、ラオス、中国、タイ、ベトナム、マレーシア、シンガポール、オーストラリア、フィリピン、カナダなどを訪れました。

最近は日本のことを英語で伝えられるようになりたいと思い、日本の歴史や地理の勉強に取り組んでいます。レッスンでは日本のこと、世界のことについて一緒に話しましょう！

Professional Introduction

Hello! My name is Tomoka Saito. I began teaching Japanese privately while living in Australia, and after returning to Japan, I committed fully to language education.

I support learners in building practical Japanese communication skills, and always aim to create a warm, encouraging environment where learners feel at ease. My

background in Clinical Psychology helps me tailor my approach to each person's pace and goals. As an EIKEN Grade 1 holder, I also understand the learner's perspective firsthand, and use this to explain Japanese in a clear, logical way.

In my previous role, I worked as an Employment Transition Support Staff, providing one-on-one support for individuals working toward employment. I walked alongside each person, helping them reach their goals — and I bring that same dedication to my teaching today.

I love traveling and have visited many countries, including France, Laos, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia,the Philippines and Canada. Lately, I have been studying Japanese history and geography to better share Japan with the world in English. In our lessons, I'd love to talk about Japan and the world together!
